MRS. A. P. MICKAN
The funeral of Mrs. Auguste Pauline Mickan, of 248 Edward-street Wagga, whose death occurred at her residence on Monday, took place at Milbrulong yesterday afternoon. A very representative gathering attended a service conducted by Rev. E. B. Helbig in the Lutheran Church. Mr. B. Terlich officiated at the organ during the singing of 'Nearer My God To Thee' and 'Abide With Me.' Interment took place in the Lutheran cemetery, where Rev. Helbig again officiated at the graveside, and all present joined in singing 'Rock of Ages.' The casket was carried by Messrs. Herbert Mickan (son), E. and A. Schirmer (brothers), A. Richter and E. and P. Terlich (sons-in-law), while the floral tray was in the care of Messrs. A. Schirmer and H. Frazer (nephews). The chief mourners were Mesdames Burchert, Mickan, Lang, A. Richter. E. and P. Terlich and Miss E. Mickan ( daughters), Mr. Herbert Mickan (son), Mesdames Tipping, McGrath (sisters), Messrs. O. H., A., E., and J. Schirmer (brothers). Other relatives and friends were present from Mil- brulong, French Park, Walla, Lockhart, Wagga, Coolamon, and Yerong Creek. The funeral arrangements were carried out by Mr. Alan Harris, of Wagga.
