Kathryn E. Davidson, 84, southwest Kansas City, former co-owner of the Carroll-Davidson Undertaking Co., died Aug. 9, 1992, in the Holmesdale Convalescent Center. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. today at Rose Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Davidson and her husband owned the funeral home in Kansas City from the 1930s to 1950. Later she worked for the Jackson County Jury Commission for 17 years, worked the Internal Revenue Service for 10 years and also worked at Ferrel's Hallmark Shop in the Blue Ridge Mall. She attended Missouri Valley College. She was a member of the Temple B'nai Jehudah, its sisterhood and the National Council of Jewish Women. She was born in Marshall, Mo., and moved to this area in 1927. Her husband, Julian K. Davidson, died in 1949. Survivors include a daughter, Mary Davidson Cohen, Leawood, and a grandson.
