Thresia M. Hilton, 80, a 50-year resident of Arcadia, died suddenly Sunday night at her home. Services will be held at the Shaffer-Hartley Funeral Home in Arcadia.
Mrs. Hilton was born Dec. 29 1885 in Covington, Kentucky, daughter of Henry and Caroline Barhorst. She was married May 7, 1905 in Muncie, Indiana to George Hilton and the couple moved to Arcadia in 1916. Her husband preceded her in death July 6th of this year.
Survivors include four sons residing in Arcadia, George, William, Clarence, Joe and James Hilton; a son Charles from Salina, Tenn.; a daughter, Mrs. Lloyd Mae Smith, Arcadia, three grandsons and one granddaughter, several nieces and nephews.
