Emily Anne Herzog, 19, of Bridgeton, Indiana, died Wednesday, May 13, 2015, from injuries sustained in an auto accident south on U.S. 41 near the Lyford Y. She was a freshman at Indiana State University, beginning her major in elementary education. She was born Sept. 8, 1995, in Terre Haute, Indiana, to Steven W. Herzog and Allison M. Young Herzog.
She was a 2014 graduate of Riverton-Parke High School,. She was active with many activities including soccer and basketball with the Parke County Youth League, Riverton Parke softball, volleyball and choir from grades seven to 12. She was a member of the Alpha Phi Sorority at ISU. She enjoyed traveling, music and spending time with her friends.
