Mrs. Fidelia P. Konen, 84, of 225 Ledgeview Ave., died Wednesday, Sept. 18, 1985, at Americana Healthcare Center.
Mrs. Konen was born June 29, 1901, a daughter to Peter and Mary Kraetsch Merten at Johnsburg. On May 13, 1924, she was married to Emil Konen at St. John's Church, Johnsburg. He died Oct. 1, 1 974. The couple had celebrated their golden wedding anniversary I 1974. She was a member of St. Mary's church and the Altar and Rosary Society. She had farmed in the Malone area until retiring in 1958.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Alice) Dreifuerst of Marytown and Mrs. Raymond (Mary Lou) De Rusha of Fond du Lac; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, one great-grandson, four brothers and seven sisters.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home and at10 a.m. at St. Mar's Church. The Rev. John Simon will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
Friends may call Friday from 4 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
