Jane Morace, 83, of 5470 Wertzville Road, Hampden Township, died Friday, Dec. 22, 2000, at her home.
Born Sept. 19, 1917, in Bowmansdale, she was the daughter of the late Wilbur and Ella Dice Sebelist and stepmother Caroline Sebelist.
She died with her second husband, Anselmo Morace, in their home. Mrs. Morace was preceded in death by her first husband, Elmer Smeigh, in 1971.
A 1935 graduate of Carlisle High School, she was retired from Reeves-Hoffman Crystal Co., Carlisle.
She was a member of St. Pauls Lutheran Church, Enola; Secret Sisters of Carlisle's Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, and Epithian Sisters of Mechanicsburg.
Survivors include three sons, Elmer Smeigh Jr. of Delaware, Norman Morace of Mechanicsburg and Gary Morace of California; two daughters, Carolyn Morrison of Carlisle and Sandra Hoehle of Florida; a brother, Frederick Sebelist of Tennessee; 10 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
She also was preceded in death by a son, Wayne Morace, and two brothers, Wayne and Edgar Sebelist.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home, 219 N. Hanover St., Carlisle.
Burial will be in Westminster Cemetery, North Middleton Township. Friends may call from 12:30 p.m. Wednesday until the time of services at the funeral home.
