"HEART ATTACK PROVES FATAL TO ROBERT ROA --- Robert Roa, 39, died suddenly Thursday night at his home, 20 Glenn avenue, this city, from a heart attack. He was born in this city, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Roa, who now reside in Ilion. For the past 15 years, he had been a chauffeur employed by his brother, Wayne, who operates the Roa Transportation company. He was a member of the Methodist church and the local Young Democrat club. He was twice married, his last wife being Miss Hazel Schell of Flinks Basin, to whom he was married nine years ago. Surviving besides his wife are Ella May and Emma Roa of this city; his parents, two brothers, Wayne, this city, and George Roa of Syracuse; five sisters, Mrs. Grace Sporer, Mrs. Frank Albrecht, Mrs. Minnie Parker and Misses Winfred and Ina Roa, all of Ilion. The funeral will be held Monday afternoon at the Shepardson funeral parlors, West Main street. Interment will be made later in a local cemetery."
