He was born Sept. 15, 1959, in Natrona Heights, Harrison.
A 1977 graduate of Highlands High School, Harrison, he attended the Community College of Allegheny County, Boyce Campus, Monroeville. He received a degree in foreign languages from the University of Wisconsin.
Mr. Jack-Kisiel was a free lance French and Portuguese interpreter and translator.
A member of Amnesty International and the Southern Poverty Law Center, he enjoyed traveling, fishing and gardening.
Survivors include his father, Leonard Kisiel; two brothers, David (Pam) Kisiel and Daniel (Lori) Kisiel; and a sister, Mrs. Susan (Guy) Gula, all of Natrona Heights.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Georgie Jack-Kisiel.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the CICHOLSKI-ZIDEK FUNERAL HOME INC., 1522 Carlisle St., Natrona Heights, where funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday. Officiating will be the Rev. Stewart Pollock. Burial will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to Food for the Hungry, 7729 East Greenway Road, Scottsdale, Ariz. 85260 or the Central Presbyterian Church, 305 Allegheny St., Tarentum, Pa. 15084.
