"Jean" as she preferred to be called was the first child of Jim and Ruth Hensley. She was born in Elgin Okla. Where she grew up. Jean had 2 siblings Jimmy and Marion. Jean was valedictorian of her high school class in Elgin and attended college at Cameron and OBU in Shawnee. Jean married Frank Griffith Jan.31,1949 and had 5 boys. John N. and Robert F. both born in Shawnee and Vincent A. Paul R. and Samuel C. born in Tulsa. Jean worked as a church secretary at Belview Baptist church in Tulsa where Frank and Jean were member since 1961.She struggled with a muscular disease called Dystonia for the last 30 years of her life. Her final act was to give her body to OU medical science. Mom loved the Lord, Frank and her Boys. Preceded in death by her parents and both siblings and one son Robert Frank Griffith. She is survived by her husband Frank and 4 boys John, Andy, Paul and Sam.
