Ray Alfred Lingelbach
Ray Alfred Lingelbach, 61, of 414 E. Thompson St. died Wednesday at 3:30 a.m. of a stroke at his home. Services are pending at Kearns-Dykeman Chapel and friends may call there after 4 p.m. Thursday.
He was born to William and Emily Moessner Lingelbach, Dec. 31, 1906 in Waterloo. He graduated from West High school and the Radio Technical School in Chicago. He was an engineer for WMT Radio when it was located in Waterloo, a commercial painter for a number of years and was employed by Schoitz Memorial Hospital for the past two years He served in the Army during WW II in Italy.
Survivors include two aunts, Mrs. Maud Lingelbach of 316 Denver St. and Mrs. Ida Moessner of Parkview Gardens Nursing Home; and three cousins, Miss Annette Lingelbach of 316 Denver St., Mrs. Andrew Freitag of Sheboygan, Wis., and Miss Helen Lingelbach of Pittsburgh, Pa.

Ray Lingelbach was my mother Ruth Moessner Granger cousin. His mother was sister of mothers father Charles Moessner.
