Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Momence Funeral Chapel, with a 7 p.m. funeral service. The Rev. Daniel Hessling will officiate.
A private burial will be held.
Memorials may be made to St. Patrick’s Academy of Momence or Hospice of Kankakee Valley. Mrs. Rowe was a homemaker. She was born June 24, 1924, in Indianapolis, Ind., the daughter of Franklin and Nita Ingalls Hansen.
She was a past board member for the Momence Library. She enjoyed quilting, playing bridge and poker.
Surviving are her husband, Rex Rowe, whom she married in 1943 in Benton, Ark.; two daughters, Marsha Rowe (Bill Binkley) of Momence, Sue Casino of Bourbonnais; three grandchildren, Shannon and Erick DeMack, Nicole and Tim McIntyre, Jeremy Casino; seven great-grandchildren; and dear friends, Jeff and Cheryl Peterson.
