OAKRIDGE - A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 8, at First Christian Church in Oakridge for Charles V. Colstadt of Oakridge. He died June 30 of a heart attack at age 86.

He was born Nov. 16, 1919, in Glenwood Springs, Colo., to Charles and Fern Broshar Colstadt. He married Cheryl White on May 24, 1978, in Huntington Beach, Calif.

Colstadt served in the Navy in World War II. He was a retired real estate broker.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Cathie Kausman of Boring and Tawny White of Huntington Beach; two brothers, Kenneth Hedges of La Puenta, Calif., and Donald Hedges of Snohomish, Wash.; four sisters, Dorothy Ward of Battle Ground, Wash., Jacquie Stevens of Covina, Calif., Norma Potter of Sparks, Nev., and Carol Roberts of New Harmony, Utah; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Inurnment will be in Forestvale Memorial Park in Oakridge. Arrangements by Oakridge Chapel of the Woods.
