Mildred D. Lentz, 85, died Wednesday, July 15, 2015, at Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community. She was the wife of Emory "Russ" Lentz, Jr. for 62 years.
Born in Glen Rock on June 24, 1930, Mildred was the daughter of the late Walter and Mamie (Krebs) Walker.
She was a member of Trinity (Roth's) U.C.C., Spring Grove and enjoyed camping and spending time with family, especially her grandchildren.
Her funeral service will be 12 p.m. Monday, July 20, 2015 at the John W. Keffer Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc., 2114 W. Market St., York, with her pastor, the Rev. Gene Edwards officiating. Viewing will be one hour prior to service. Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens.
In addition to her husband, Russ, Mrs. Lentz is survived by two daughters, Sandra St. Ledger of Abbottstown and Shirley Baugher of Fannettsburg; four grandchildren, Amy, Chad, Mandy and Stacey; six great-grandkids; numerous nieces and nephews. She was the last surviving of five children.
