SABULA, Iowa — Services for Mrs. Otto Rixen, 76, of Sabula, who died Wednesday in Jackson County Public Hospital, Maquoketa, will be at 2 p.m. today at Shadduck Funeral Home, Clinton. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Clinton.
Mrs. Rixen had been livingwith her son and daughter in Sabula for the last eight years.
Born in Ginton, the former Marie Vollbeehr married Mr. Rixen in Clinton in 1910. He preceded her in death.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Ott Whitaker, a son, Harold, both of Sabula, and four grandsons
