Virginia Westphal Age 83 of Burnsville, passed away peacefully on October 16, 2011. Virginia was a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority of the lota Charter since 1961. She is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Frederick; brother, Jack Jenny. She is survived by her loving children, Jenny (Dan) Lahlum, Vicki (Craig) Opitz and John (Cindy) Westphal; 3 grandchildren, Shelby, Daniel and Max; also by siblings, Mary Lou Marks and Jim Cain; many nieces and nephews.
