Clarence Julius Fred Kreutner died suddenly at his farm residence. He attended and graduated from Ss. Peters and Paul parochial school at Mackey, Iowa, where he lived with his parents.

On Jan. 23, 1934, he married to Helen Potee. The Kreutners made their home near Story City, Iowa, for three years and then moved to the farm near Ruthven in March 1934. Clarence was a member of the Lutheran Church, confirmed into its membership at the Lutheran Church at Mackey, Iowa. He was a farmer all of his life.

He was survived by his wife, Helen, a son, four sisters, one brother, and two grandchildren.
