RETIRED MAJ. C.W. PLEMMONS, 72, 816 Pershing Avenue, Orlando, died Sunday, July 9. Mr. Plemmons was an engineer for Martin Marietta. Born in Muskogee, Ok., he moved to Central Florida in 1961. A member of First Baptist Church of Pine Castle, he also belonged to the Masons, Scottish Rite and Shriners of Lake Eola Blue Lodge. He was a retired Army officer. Survivors: wife, Ruby; daughters, Carolyn McAfee, Peggy Cook, both of Apopka; brothers, Donald K., Grand Saline, Texas, Robert L., Fouke, Ark., James, Salina, Okla.; sisters, Patricia Luckenbill, Salina, Okla., Helen Briggs, Las Vegas; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. Pine Castle Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, Orlando.
