Rose Barraclough, age 53, of Topeka passed away Friday, August 14, 2015 at her home in Topeka. She was born July 5, 1962 in Queens, New York the daughter of Arthur Hans Sr. and Dorothy Gualrapp Hans.

She married Tim Barraclough July 21, 1990 in Topeka. He survives.

Other survivors include two daughters, Melissa and Heather of Topeka; two brothers, Arthur Hans Jr. and Raymond F. Hans, both of Topeka; two sisters, Patricia Brickertt of Junction City and Dorothy Poynter of Topeka and six grandchildren.

Deborah loved her family and lived to support them every day. Her family was her everything. Deborah also loved animals and often supported the Helping Hands Humane Society and ASPCA.

Funeral services will be Friday, August 21, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at the Davidson Funeral Home. She will lie in state Thursday from noon – 9:00 p.m. with visitation from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the Davidson Funeral Home. Interment will be at the Penwell Gable Cemetery. Donations may be made to the St. Francis Hospital Cancer Center and sent in care of the Davidson Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at davidsonfuneral.com.
