Joanne K. Jacob, of Lincoln, passed away on January 17, 2015 at the Saunders Medical Care Center in Wahoo, Nebraska. She was born on November 19, 1937, in Lincoln, the daughter of Conrad and Katherine (DeBus) Jacob.

Joanne was a special needs person, and was loved by all. Her mother taught her how to crochet and embroider, and she made many afghans for her friends and care givers. When she was younger, she loved to bowl and won several trophies. Joanne loved to put puzzles together and loved to watch "The Price is Right".

She is survived by: her brothers, Harold Jacob and Virgil (Sue) Jacob; sister, Rose Dudley; many nephews and nieces; many great and great-great nephews and nieces; and all the wonderful care givers of Community Alternatives and Saunders Medical Center and Hospice that took care of Joanne over the years ~ she loved them all.

Graveside services on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at Wyuka Cemetery.
