He was born in Dickson County, son of the late Otto W. and Maggie Miller Kilian. He was a lifelong farmer and was a Episcopalian by faith. He proudly served his country during peacetime in the U.S.M.C. He was preceded in death by a brother; Otto Kilian, Jr., a sister; Virginia Kilian and by a granddaughter; Mary Elizabeth Kilian.
Survivors include his wife Frances Wall Kilian of Cumberland Furnace,TN, his two sons; Donnie Kilian and wife, Staci of Cumberland Furnace, TN, and Jeffery Kilian and his wife, Becky of Cumberland Furnace,TN, his three daughters; Debbie Singh and husband, Karan of Mt. Olive, AL, Pam Hodges of Cumberland Furnace,TN, Patty Lee and husband, Ralph of Cumberland Furnace, TN, His sixteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren; his brother; Jimmie Kilian and wife, Irma Jean of Charlotte,TN, his sister; Myrtle Blanton of Murfreesboro, TN.
Place of rest will be in the Dickson Union Cemetery.
