Felix O. Krause Jr., 77, of 220 E. Clayton St. died at 4:15 a.m. on Dec. 29,1992, in Jameson Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Krause was born Nov. 24, 1915, to the late Felix O. Krause Sr. and Chloe May McCartny. He married Pearl M. Withrow on Oct. 11, 1938. She died March 16, 1991.

A former boilermaker for 15 years with the Pennsylvania Railroad, Mr. Krause retired after 22 years of service as a nurse at Hill View Manor. He was a member of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.

Mr. Krause is survived by four sons, Felix O. Krause III of Garden City, S.C., and Charles S., James and John D. all of New Castle; a sister, Pauline Reno of New Castle; a brother, Fred Krause of New Castle; and nine grandchildren. Mr. Krause was preceded in death by a sister, Philomena Krause.

Visiting hours will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home, 941 S. Mill St., and from 11 a. m. to noon Thursday at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. A service will be held at noon Thursday at the church. Interment will be at Graceland Cemetery.
