Born in Woonsocket he was a son of the late Arthur and Celia Cote. Mr. Cote was a Maintenance Supervisor at Fore Court Tennis Club for over thirty years before retiring in 2001. In 1991 his dedication and hard work earned him the Nersa-Employee of the Year Award for outstanding service. He was also a carpenter and did this work all his life. Mr. Cote was a US Army veteran serving during WW II. He was a recipient of a Bronze Star and the Purple Heart for his heroic achievement in connection with military operations against the enemy on February 21, 1945 in Freudenburg, Germany. Aldor was a US Army Veteran of WWII who Served with the 94th Infantry Division in Europe.

Besides his wife he is survived by his children Robert Cote and Elaine Jacques and C.J. of Rhode Island. He was the grandfather of Nicholas and Jill Cote and the great-grandfather of Noah and Natalia.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Anthony's Church, 128 Green Street, Woonsocket and may call at the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Monday 4-8 p.m. Burial with Military Honors will be in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Bellingham, MA.
