Services for Karl E. Skinner, 58, 2302 W. Platte, who died Oct. 19 will be at 2 p.m. Oct. 22 in Blunt Mortuary Chapel with the Rev. Harvey Mitchell of Bethany Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Mr. Skinner was born Oct. 22, 1909, a native of Dearing, Kan. He came to this region 50 years ago and was a retired electrician. Mr. Skinner was a member of IBEW Local 113. Surviving are his widow Marion; a daughter Mrs. Carol Waltner of Denver, Colo,; three sons, Bob of Portland, Ore., Douglas of Denver and Don of Colorado Springs; his mother Florence and three grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, friends may contribute to Penrose Hospital Cancer Fund.
