VIERECK--Herbert Viereck, formerly of 308 W. Champion St., age 89, passed away Sat Nov 4. Mr. Viereck was a life resident of this city and was a retired lumber inspector. he was a member of Faith Lutheran Church and was a Spanish-American War Veteran where he had earned several medals, a member of the Last Mans Club, Commander of Weisenburger Camp No. 8, United Spanish War Veterans, past department Commander of Washington Encampment of Washington and Alaska in 1967 and 1968 plus 1971 and 1972 and past master of the Lummi Grange. Surviving are 1 daughter, Mrs. Hermece Boling of Blaine, WA; 5 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren. Family
services and cremation were under the direction
of the Jones Funeral Home.
