Frank P. Kloss, 82, 114 Eighth Ave. N, Waite Park, died Thursday at St. Cloud Hospital. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Waite Park, with the Rev. Vincent Lieser officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call after 3 p.m. Sunday at Daniel Funeral Home. Parish prayers will be at 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home in St. Cloud followed by National Association of Retired Federal Employees at 7:30 and St. Joseph's Nocturnal Adoration Society at 8.

Mr. Kloss was born Dec. 16, 1900, in Royalton to the late Florian and Sophia (Schlicting) Kloss. He married Helen Petron Feb. 12, 1922, in Minneapolis and was employed by St. Cloud Veterans Administration Medical Center 33 years before retiring in 1960. He had been a resident of Waite Park since 1929 where he was a member of St. Joseph Parish, Nocturnal Adoration Society and National Association of Retired Federal Employees.

Survivors include his wife; son and daughters, Gerald F., St. Cloud; Mrs. Walter (Lois J.) Young, Onamia; Mrs. Bob (Hiladore) Kunshier, Forest Lake; brothers and sisters, Peter, Davenport, Iowa; Raymond, Bloomington; Clarence, Minneapolis; Mrs. Everett (Terese) Merriman, Richfield; Mrs. Sig (Betty) Bondeson, Brainerd; Mrs. Clarence (Celia) Gifford, Seattle, Wash.; 14 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Yvonne Marie, in 1941.
