Connie has lived in Alcester her entire life and has worked at various places in the area. One of the highlights of her life was traveling to Hawaii with her friend Pat where she enjoyed the beautiful flowers, the luaus, and traveling the island in a red convertible. She enjoyed going for drives and dearly loved her dog Odie.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her companion Monroe Harders.
She is survived by two brothers, one sister and many relatives and close friends.
Memorials may be directed to the Big Springs Cemetery.
Funeral services will be 2:00PM, Friday, April 20, 2012 at Big Springs Baptist Church, rural Alcester, with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 6PM to 8PM at Wass Funeral Home in Alcester.
