Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church for Mrs. John (Stella) Spychala, 83, 158 Third Ave. N, who died Friday at Good Shepherd Lutheran Home, Sauk Rapids. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call after 3 p.m. Sunday at Daniel Funeral Home, St. Cloud. Parish prayers will be at 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home in St. Cloud.
Mrs. Spychala was born Feb. 19, 1897, in Browerville to the late Peter and Hattie (Kobitza) Jarosch. She married John J. Spychala of Browerville in 1913 and lived most of her married life in Waite Park.
Survivors include daughters and son, Mrs. Joseph (Patricia) Surowski, St. Cloud; Svlvan, Waite Park; Mrs. Harold (Evelyn) Donken, Minneapolis; sister and brothers, Mrs. Martha Buel and Nicholas, South St. Paul; Peter, Browerville; 20 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1974, sons and daughter, John Jr., Joseph, William and Angeline Spoden.
