Viola Lapolla, 76, of Simmons Village, 341 Simmonsville Ave., died Friday at home. She was the wife of Daniel A. Lapolla.
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Giuseppe and Miltina (Bonochi) Bernardoni, she moved to Johnston eight years ago.
Mrs. Lapolla was a communicant of St. Rocco's Church. She was a member of the Simmons Village Tenants Association.
Besides her husband she is survived by a son, a daughter, a sister, eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
