FUNERAL RITES SATURDAY. For Ben Budde Sr Who Was a Widely Known Stock Dealer.
Funeral services for Ben Budde Sr, live stock dealer in Cincinnati & Northern Ky, for most of his 74 years, will be held at 9:30 o'clock, Saturday morning at St Catherine Church, Ft Thomas, Ky. Mr Budde had lived in Ft Thomas for many years but for the last two years, he had lived at the home of a son, Louis J Budde, Montana Ave, Westwood, where he died Wednesday after an illness of three months. L J Budde & Co, livestock commission merchants, Cincinnati Union Stock Yards, grew out of Ben Budde & Sons Co, livestock dealers, organized by the elder Budde many years ago in Northern Ky. George Budde, the last soldier killed in the War, was a cousin of Ben Budde's wife, the late Mrs Elizabeth Budde.
Survivors are Louis, Lawrence G, & Ben Budde Jr, sons, & three daughters, Miss Cora Budde, Cincinnati, Mrs F G Hilbert, Phoenix, Ariz, & Mrs George Worker, Del Norte, Colo.
