Funeral for Ercil Barnhart, 96, of Cushing will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Dickie Allen Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Shak Arrington officiating. Burial will follow at McKnight Cemetery near Cushing. Mrs. Barnhart died Nov. 15, 2015, in Nacogdoches. She was born Aug. 8, 1919, to Saladin and Frances Yarbrough Archer in Donie, Texas. She moved to Cushing shortly after her marriage to Sam Barnhart. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Cushing, Texas. She is preceded in death by parents, husband, three brothers and four sisters. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Rhonda Faye Barnhart of Cushing; brother and sister-in-law, E.O. and Norma Barnart of Nacogdoches; daughter and son-in-law, Teena and John Perkins of Cushing; grandchildren, Cameron (Marece) Clark, Samuel (Anlaura) Clark, Jonathan Wayne (Holly) Clark and Daniel Thomas (Vernetta) Clark; great-grandchildren, Callan Clark, Malynn Clark, Brendan Clark, Kaia Clark, Jonathan Kade Clark, Alexander Clark, Alayna Clark, Kyndall Clark, Cole Archer Clark, Isaiah Clark and Ava Rose Clark; step-grandchildren, Johnny and Mary Perkins and Jan Perkins; step-great-grandchildren, Hudson Perkins; numerous nieces and nephews and many other "nother mother" sons and daughters. Pallbearers are Cameron Warren Clark, Trace Watt, Samuel Otis Clark, Jonathan Wayne Clark, Daniel Thomas Clark and Dusty Arreguin. Honorary pallbearers are Caroline Sealbach, Shirley Thornton, Steven V. Holloway, Lucille Hipp, Margaret and Bo Wilkerson.
