He was survived by his mother, Virginia Neely; his wife, Shirley (Frankenstein) Neely (married March 16, 1970); his daughters, Valeria Neely and Christy Neely; his stepsons, Eddie Combs and Kenny Combs; his stepdaughter, Sandy Combs; his brother, Loy Neely; and his sister, Rita Kay Neely.
He was preceded in death by his father, Oba Melvin Neely.
Funeral services were held at the chapel of Morris and Hislope Funeral Home with Reverend Albert McKinney officiating.
