He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Helen Dickey of Jacksonville; two sons, Albert Dickey of San Mateo, and John Dickey of Jacksonville; one daughter, Miss Catherine Dickey of Jacksonville; two sisters, Mrs. Merane Flynn of Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs. Clara Bundick? of Hollywood, Calif. and one grandson, Edwin Dickey of San Mateo.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 o’clock at the funeral home of Mrs. William C. Cooper, Jr., 27 West Ashley Street, Jacksonville, the Rev. E. D. Solomon, chaplain of Edward De Saussure Post No. 9, of the American Legion, officiating.
Interment will be in the family plot in Evergreen Cemetery, Jacksonville, with Post No. 9 of the American Legion conducting services at the grave. (Palatka Daily News Obituary dated Monday, 10 January 1944.)
