He was born in Springfield, the son of Fred and Elizabeth Siebert, and married Dorothy Hall in 1936.
Mr. Siebert was employed by Lloyd's Cleaners for 20 years and was most recently employed by Sears.
He was a member of the Douglas Avenue United Methodist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Dorothy; one son, Charles "Ron" Siebert of Springfield; one daughter Sherlyn Love of Riverton; one brother, George Siebert of Springfield; one sister, Catherine Siebert of Springfield; seven grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Bisch Memorial Home with the Rev. Charles Hanson officiating.
Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park.
