She was born to John and Mary Luebke Stucke. On June 13, 1934, she married August J. Dirksen, who is deceased.
Survivors are a son, Carl (Mary), Celina; a daughter, Barbara (Jack) Gels, Dayton; a sister, Marcella Heitkamp, Maria Stein; two daughters-in-law, Geraldine, Wilmette, Ill., and Margie, Maria Stein; 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sons, Donald and Paul; three brothers and five sisters.
She was a homemaker and member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church and its St. Barbara Ladies Sodality, Osgood, and the Knights of St. John Auxiliary, Maria Stein.
Funeral Mass was at the church, the Rev. David Zink officiating.
