Born on November 22, 1929 in St. Johnsville, NY she was the daughter of the late Albert and Marie Oeser.
On June 30, 1951 she was united in marriage to Clyde Oliver Hayes in the Sprakers Reformed Church.
While raising her family, she took please in gardening, sewing, knitting mittens and baking her famous oatmeal cookies.
She enjoyed the company of the ladies that she worked with at Beech- Nut, having coffee at Tony's Pizzeria before the start of their 2nd shift and late dinners at the truck stop in Fultonville.
She was a former member of both the Sprakers Reformed Church and the Order of the Eastern Star.
Upon her retirement, she moved to Livingston, Texas where she made fond memories with her daughter, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Christina enjoyed two things in her life above all else. Spending time with her family and watching "Days of Our Lives", never missing an episode from the 1st time it premiered on television.
She was predeceased by her husband Clyde; and siblings Albert Oeser, Henry Oeser, Emery Oeser and Margaret Rappa.
Survivors include her children, Albert (Dolores) Hayes, Gail (Gary) Moyer, Juliette (Robert) Wilson, Clyde O. Hayes; grandchildren, Tanya (Ancel) Moyer, Sonya (Jr.) Moyer, Gary (Andrea) Moyer II, Paul (Nikki) Wilson, Nichole (Terry) Corbett, Daniel (Courtney) Wilson, Jennifer (Ed) Dygert, Joshua (Brittany) Hayes, Bryan (Karen) Hayes, Lindsay (Albert) Rivenburgh; great grandchildren, Shelby, Bailey, Dillon, Madison, Skyler, Andrew, Gavin, Emma, Wyatt, Dustin, Elliott, Jillian, Madison, Morgan, Cloe, Reed; and step great grandchildren, McKenzie, Kendall, and Ryan. She is additionally survived by her siblings, Jack Oeser, Bertha Myers and sister in law, Gladys Oeser.
Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Sandflats, Fonda, NY.
