December 31, 2015 Zea Kaye Beers , 72, Templeton, formerly of Coalport, died Tuesday. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Stanley and Helen “Kay” (Crook) Gunia. She married Thomas F. Beers on Nov. . 3, 1990, in Kittanning. Surviving are her husband; a daughter, Michelle Fink of Ford City; two siblings: Jacqueline Guy of Chesterfield, N.J., and John Paul of Bellwood; and six stepchildren. Friends will be received from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 1, 2016, at the Gibbons Funeral Home, Coalport. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 2, 2015, at St. Basil Catholic Church, Coalport, the Rev. Zab Amar officiating.
