Mr. Seufert was retired and had worked as a senior budget analyst with McDonnell Douglas Corp. in St. Louis. He belonged to Masonic Lodge 241 of St. Charles, Alexander Chapter 242 of Eastern Star and had served in the U.S. Navy.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the service today at Christ's Church, 6930 Mexico Road, St. Peters. A funeral service at the church will be at 10 a.m., with burial at St. Charles Memorial Gardens, 3950 West Clay Street, St. Charles.
Among survivors are his wife, Wanda J. Seufert of St. Peters; four daughters, Margaret Arens of St. Charles, Sally Albenase of Foristell, Christine Dahmm of San Antonio, and Evelyn Shadley of Overland; three sons, David L. Seufert of St. Charles, Michael S. Seufert of Heidelberg, Germany, and Donald K. Seufert of St. Peters; a brother, Donald L. Seufert of St. Charles; 16 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
