Charles “Charlie” Richard Baade, age 62, of Pocatello, Idaho, passed away at his home following a sudden illness. He was born on July 5, 1953 in Pocatello, Idaho to Herman and Ruby (Hendrickson) Baade. Charlie was raised and attended schools in Pocatello.
Charlie worked as a carman welder for the Union Pacific Railroad. He loved fixing small engines.
Charlie was preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Ruby; sisters, Lois Payne and Sandra Robinson; and a nephew, Rudy Joe Pruneda. He is survived by his sisters, Debbie (Pedro) Gallegos and Karla (Rudy) Pruneda all of Pocatello; a brother, Bruce (Becky) Baade of Anchorage, Alaska; as well as nephews, Rick Robinson, Mike (Kim) Robinson, Paul (Tawna) Robinson, and Brian Payne all of Pocatello, Tommy, Shawn and Nicolas Baade of Anchorage, Alaska; nieces, Julia Gallegos, Jessica Gallegos of Pocatello, Laura (Pedro) Lara of Melba, Teresa Hernandez of Pocatello and Christina Baade of Los Angeles. He will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
