Richard Adams, a former well known citizen of Irondale, died at his home in Farmington, Mo., on February 16, 1924, aged 76 years.

He was a Union veteran of the Civil War and is survived by a widow and nine children, one of whom, Ed. C. Adams is a leading farmer of Irondale neighborhood
