Mrs. Harris Dies Sunday, March 31

Mrs. J. H. Harris, maternal aunt of Mr. C. O. Sudbeck, died in a Greenville hospital on Sunday afternoon, March 31st.
Mrs. Harris born in Benton, was well-known here as "Aunt Cheesi" to her many friends. She was in her early 80's.
Last rites were held on Monday at 3:30 p. m. at Benton Methodist Church, where she was a member, with the church pastor officiating. Burial followed in Glenwood Cemetery in Yazoo City, with Stricklin-King Funeral Home of Yazoo City in charge.
Survivors in addition to Mr. Sudbeck include her husband, J. H. Harris of Benton; two sons, J. C. Harris and Robert Harris, both of Humphreys County, where the latter is serving on the County Board of Supervisors; one daughter, Mrs. A. R. Ruby, Belzoni; three grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and one brother, William Wilkins of Hawthorne, Florida.
Mr. and Mrs. Sudbeck attended the funeral on Monday afternoon in Yazoo City.
