Theo Garland was the daughter of William O. Garland and Ada Colbaugh Garland. She was married to Donald Patrick. Theo had eight siblings: Charles, Sibilia, Kathleen, T.N., Jewel, Yvonne, Odell and Carmaletta Garland.
Note: Theo and husband, Donald Patrick, share the same headstone in Forbes Cemetery. Donald remarried after Theo's death, and is buried in Happy Valley Memorial Park with his second wife, Rose Pearl.
