Andrew C. Shelnutt, Army of Northern Virginia, Company F, 18th Georgia Infantry Regiment, C.S.A. Andrew's wife Elizabeth Shelnutt later moved to Monroe, Atlanta and West End. Mr Shelnutt was born in Broken Arrow, now a part of Walnut Grove.

Andrew Curtis Shelnutt was the seventh child of Henry W. and Elizabeth Davis Shelnutt of Walton County, Georgia. He was a brother to my great-grandfather, Cyrus T. Shelnutt.
