Wilma was born on August 7, 1922 in Keg Creek Township to Albert and Mary (Asmussen) Limburg. She worked at the Tropics of Treynor and was a longtime member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Treynor.

Wilma is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Adolf on August 15, 1989; sisters, Viola Behrens, Irene Brunning, and Elsie Timm; brothers, Elmer and Irvin Limburg.
