MONROEVILLE - Barbara Ann Rohde, 37, of 2725 Townline Road 32, in Monroeville, died Monday morning in Lorain Community Hospital after a short illness. Born in Berea, she lived most of her life in the Milan area, before coming to Monroeville seven years ago.
She was employed by Midwest Industries and Bellevue Hospital, and attended Milan High School, where she was graduated in 1962.
Survivors include her husband, William A; a daughter, Melissa Ann at home; two step-daughters, Tammy Jean and Theresa Sue, both at home; a son, William Bryan at home; her father, Leslie Bauer of Milan; a brother, David Lee Bauer of Connecticut; three sisters, Mrs. Arnold (Bonnie) Schuessler of Sandusky, Mrs Richard (Betty) Gates of Monroeville, and Mrs Christy Thomas of Kansas.
Mrs Rohde was preceded in death by an infant daughter and her mother, Mary Ellen Bauer.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Jump Funeral Home, where services will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Stephen Trimball of the Congragational Community United Church officiating.
Burial will follow in the Restlawn Memorial Park in Huron.
