Pfeifer -- Martin J. Stremel, 77, Pfeifer, died Sunday, Dec. 1,1991, at the Bethany Medical Center, Kansas City, Kan.

Mr. Stremel was born July 5, 1914, at Pfeifer and lived most of his life in the area. He was a professional photographer.

Survivors include a sister, Christine Oeser of Independence, Mo.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Holy Cross Catholic Church, Pfeifer, Monsignor Joe A. Stremel and the Rev. Gregory Beyer officiating. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery. A vigil service will be at 7:30 p.m. today at the Cline's Mortuary, Victoria. Visitation will be from 1 to 9 p.m. today and after 8 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
