SMELTER CONTRACTOR DIES IN ACCIDENT

GARFIELD- John Ralph McEachern, flue dust contractor of the Garfield smelter, was killed in an accident at 1:45 a.m. Thursday.
He was born in Nebraska, July 1, 1879, he has lived in Salt Lake four years at 261 South Third East street. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Laura B. Courtney, and a brother, D.A. McEachern of Lakepoint, and two sisters, Mrs. E.L. Zanantwerp [sic] of Salt Lake, and Mrs. Lollie Drouby [sic] of Tooele.
Funeral services will be at the Deseret Mortuary SUnday, at 2 p.m.
