Claudia A. Motyka, 63, of Wheatfield, IN, passed away August 11, 2016. Born October 20, 1952 in Markham, Illinois, Claudia was the daughter of Lawrence and Charlotte (Rabidoux) Groeneveld. Claudia graduated from Thornridge Schools. She married Robert E. Motyka on August 3, 1970 in Ft. Campbell, Kentucky. Claudia loved driving school bus for Kankakee Valley Schools and retired after 20+ years.
Claudia is survived by her loving children: Robert Motyka & fiance Natasha, Kelly (Mike) Mortilla, and Shaun (Kim) Motyka; eight grandchildren; and brother, Kevin (Karen) Groeneveld.
Claudia was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Motyka; parents, Lawrence & Charlotte; and brother, John Groeneveld.
Friends are invited to visit with the family from 3:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 12, 2016 at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Services will take place at 6:30 p.m. with family and friends officiating.
