Pat was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandma. A friend to those in need, an ear to the hurting, wisdom to the confused, encouragement to the downcast, open arms to the lost, an advocate for the downtrodden, a caregiver to the deaf, and always a lover of children. In her later years Pat devoted her time to making thousands of blankets that she donated to Shepherds Heart Ministries (Pittsburg Pa), to Nationwide Children's Hospital and to local homeless shelter.

She is survived by her four sons, five daughter-in-laws, four daughters and three son-in-laws. Twenty grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren and sister-in-law Eleanor Stampfli of Houston, Texas also survive her.

A private funeral service for the family with burial in Forest Grove Cemetery, Plain City, Ohio, officiated by her son and assisted by a grandson.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Shepherds Heart Church for the homeless, 13 Pride Street, Pittsburg, Pa 15219.
