Obituary: ST. CLOUD, Minn. -- Robert M. Elshoff, St. Cloud, died May 18, 2000, at St. Cloud Veterans Administration Hospital. Services will be today at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis. Military services will be conducted at the cemetery. Williams Funeral Home, St. Cloud, is in charge of arrangements.. Mr. Elshoff was employed as a welder at Stauffers Inc., Henderson, Nev. He was born Aug. 8, 1927, in Columbus Junction, Iowa. During World War II, he served in the Navy. Survivors include sisters, Mary Haley, Davenport, and Dolores Holtz, Muscatine, Iowa.
