HILBERS
Uehling- Services for Harvey O. Hilbers, 69, will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church at Hooper. The Rev. John Berlandson will officiate.
Hilbers died Friday in the hospital at Oakland.
He was born Jan. 27, 1908, at Hooper. He lived all his life in the area.
He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and was a past member of the Uehling Fire Department and school board.
Hilbers married the former Helen Tiedemann on Aug. 6, 1930.
Survivors include sons, Norman of Omaha, Marvin of Uehling and Duane of Omaha; daughter Mrs Jerry (Shirley) Mallette of Uehling; sisters Mrs. Laura Wiebalk of Tujuanga, Calif., and Mrs. Herbert (Myra) Blomendahl of Hooper; and seven grandchildren.
Burial will be in the church cemetery.
